I had a dog fountain that was great but this one is even better. It is SUPER quiet whereas my other one could get a little loud and I could hear it at night. My dog seems to love it and ignores his boring water bowl

Finally, my cats can drink water without any problems. It works properly wireless and is noiselless. They love it!

I watched all the various ads for Kitty Water Fountains and chose the Elfin Fountain. I was anxious about setting it up but it was really easy to do. Of my 2 adult cats, one of them went right to it. The other one thought about it for a while but then she went to it too. It makes me so happy to see them drinking from it.

I love this fountain for a number of reasons. First, it is tall allowing my senior cat a more comfortable position to drink from. Also, I love that you can see the water level. And perhaps the best think about this fountain is the motion sensor. The sensor is above the water bowl and it has a wide range of view. I can be 3 feet away from the fountain and it will sense me and turn on. This is really important for my senior cat. She will walk up to the fountain have a drink and then sit down. The fountain usually stops flowing at that point, but the second she moves her head, it starts flowing again and this encourages her to drink. I had a fountain from another company and it was good, but the sensor was on the floor and not always responsive, so I wasn't sure my cat was getting enough water. I don't have that concern with this fountain. Additionally, the customer service is great. I ordered filters that got lost in transport and so I sent an email to the company, and they responded immediately and mailed new filters.
