Been using fountain for 2 weeks. Easy setup, easy to clean. My cat went straight to it no problems. My daughter’s 2 cats while visiting us loved it as well.

We have 2 kitties and one of them has been obsessed with running water, recently. Some research had us concerned that he might not be drinking enough, so we looked into water fountains. Delivery of the fountain was prompt. The extra filters took a little longer to arrive.
I love the easy maintenance of the Elfin Fountain... All it requires is a weekly rinse of the components and filter, and a new filter every 3-4 weeks.
The kitties have had mixed responses to the fountain. We put it on motion sensor mode initially and both were scared by it coming on. When we switched to timer mode one started to drink from it when it was still. The other one has been spotted drinking from the top of the spout, when it is filtering.
I'm not sure if it has solved our concerns completely, but at least we know they are drinking sometimes.

I have two cats; one drinks normally, one not so much. I have always worried about the one because he just touches the water with his lips and then tilts his head up and licks his lips. He often watches his brother drink and you can tell he's trying to figure it out. He's already had a bladder issue and I knew he would have a long life of suffering with his dehydration issues. But OMG this fountain! He mastered it almost immediately and drinks ALL DAY LONG! I've literally never been so thrilled with a purchase. It's brilliant!
