E1+とE1 Liteの違いは何ですか？
主な違いは以下の通りです：
- 電源方式：E1+ は バッテリーとコード接続の両方に対応しています。E1 Lite は コード接続のみです。
- 給水モード：E1+ は スマートモードとタイマーモードを搭載。E1 Lite は 連続給水モードのみです。
- フィルター：E1+ と E1 Lite のフィルターは 互換性がありません。E1 Lite用のフィルターはE1+では使用できません。その逆も同様です。

エルフィン給水器 は週に 1 回掃除することをお勧めします。ただし、エルフィン給水器 の掃除は面倒な作業ではありません。水タンクをベースから取り外し、パーツ (水トレイ、タンク、導管、インペラ) を分解し、すすいでこすって掃除するだけです。息をするくらい簡単で、ポンプの心配もありません。
ケアキットとは何ですか？必要ですか？
いいえ、定期的なメンテナンスに必須ではありません。ケア キットは、最良の結果を求めるペットの飼い主のためのオプションです。日常のお手入れは、噴水の清掃のたびに水管とインペラをすすぐだけです。
なぜ「エルフィン給水器」はポンプレスと呼ばれているのですか？

I saw my picky cat drinking from it today👍I was a little concerned due to the out of country delivery, but I am so glad I bought this fountain.
The fountain is very easy to set up and easier to clean than my old fountain. Cleaning was an issue since I am elderly and disabled, and this fountain has minimized that issue. It was also a good value. So far it functions well and my cat and I are happy with it.
My cats love it i have never seen them drink much. They do not dip thier paws or try to cover it they just drink it thank good ess! I filled it up it lasts a little ove a week so far but that could be because they are just so excite to have running water again.
I like that uses an impeller system. I wish it came in stainless steel though. Its noisier than I expected. It is easy to take apart for cleaning. It took longer than I’d expected to ship and arrive. The 4 pack of extra filters took even longer.
I really love the new quieter and continuous flow design! I think my only complaint is it does not hold charge like the previous design. We frequently lose power and I loved knowing they'd always have water 💧 i will have to consider which one to keep 😅

Just to clarify, the new E1 Lite model is designed for wired use only and doesn’t come with a built-in battery like the earlier version. If you notice it not working as expected, please make sure it’s plugged in properly and the water level stays above the MIN line.

Absolutely the best fountain I have had. No more tedious pump cleaning. I keep a tooth brush and pipe cleaner to give the parts a quick simple clean. My 8 cats love it and are drinking much more water. We keep in plugged in as the motion sensor mode drains the battery quicker than we like. But no problem plugged in.
