Im a little over one week in. The cats love this fountain and cleaning it was so simple for me. I have two more fountains to replace and when I have the money, I will be buying 2 more Elfin fountains!

Love the easy-clean pump. I wish the water trough was also stainless steel.

Not exactly sure that they are using this very much, but my new cats have definitely figured it out, as have I. Very easy to clean and reassemble, which is half the battle. Hard to imagine it ever breaking as the set-up is so simple. I bought this 4 months before adopting my 2 kitties (leaving it sitting boxed up in the cupboard for 4 months), but am happy with my choice.

We thought of returning but the sister after about 3 weeks, finally got it! Her brother has not exactly. I’ve had to relocate as he enjoyed splashing and making puddles. I was tired of cleaning the water from the walls and floor. Now, the water fountain is placed in our soaking tub, and they both jump in whenever. He still plays, but likes to sleep close to it, which prevents her from drinking so I need to intervene.
Overall, the Elfin fountain, works well, I am very pleased. I think it’s a good value, I’d repurchase and I’d recommend. Customer service - Sammy was responsive and helpful! I do hope to move out of the bathtub at some point, that’s my goal.

i am really pleased thus far - quiet - simple and few parts to clean - filter very simple to install. mieka cat loves it.
