Important Update to Elfin Rewards
Elfin Rewards is entering a transition period as Elfin Fountain is gradually integrated into Cheerble. New points will stop being earned on October 10, 2026. Existing eligible points will remain available to use or exchange through January 31, 2027.
Your existing eligible points will not disappear when new point earning stops.

Why is Elfin Rewards changing?
As Elfin Fountain is gradually integrated into Cheerble, the Elfin Rewards program will also be retired. We are providing advance notice so existing members can review their balance and choose how to use eligible points before the final deadline.
Will my existing points disappear on October 10, 2026?
No. October 10 is the date when new point earning ends. Existing eligible points remain available to use at Elfin or exchange for a Cheerble benefit through January 31, 2027.
Do I have to exchange my points for a Cheerble benefit?
No. You may continue using eligible points at Elfin through January 31, 2027, subject to product availability and the existing Rewards terms.
How is my Cheerble benefit level determined?
Your level is based on your available Elfin Rewards balance when your request is reviewed. Elfin confirms the balance before deducting any points.
Can I request more than one Cheerble benefit?
No. A Cheerble benefit is issued once per eligible Elfin Rewards account. The same points cannot be used twice.
What if my balance changes after I submit the form?
Elfin uses the available balance at the time your request is reviewed. If your balance no longer meets the selected level, we will apply the level supported by your current balance or contact you if manual review is required.

No. The Rewards adjustment does not change the current availability policy for compatible replacement filters, warranty coverage, or customer support.
What happens after January 31, 2027?
Standard point use and new Cheerble benefit requests will close after January 31, 2027. If you experienced a documented account-matching or benefit-delivery issue before the deadline, contact support for review. Review does not guarantee that points or an expired benefit can be restored.
