I have a problem redeeming benefits. Can you help do this for me?

Yes, of course! Let us know which benefit you would like to redeem. If you have enough points, we will help process it, and an email will be sent to you with the code.

If I cancel my benefit orders, will I get my points back?

Yes, if you cancel your benefit orders (excluding 'Free Elfin Fountain'), you will get your points back.
