The All Clean Combo is a complete hygiene refresh set for your Elfin Fountain. It combines replacement filters and the Care Kit in one bundle, so you can keep every part that touches your pet’s drinking water clean and fresh.
Here’s what it means for you in simple terms:
- The replacement filters help keep the water pure and free from hair, dust, and impurities.
- The Care Kit includes the impeller and water conduit, which are the parts that directly move and dispense the water.
Over time and with regular use, these parts can become harder to clean perfectly, even with routine rinsing. The All Clean Combo gives you an easy way to fully refresh your fountain’s core components without guessing what needs replacing.
You don’t have to buy it constantly. Think of it as a convenient “deep clean reset” for your fountain, helping keep your pet’s water as clean and safe as possible with minimal effort on your side.
How often do I need to change the filter?
We recommend changing the filter every 3-4 weeks to ensure optimal performance and maintain the highest quality of water for your pets. Additionally, the filter life indicator on the Elfin Fountain will turn solid orange to remind you when it's time to change the filter.
What is the Care Kit? Is it necessary?
No, it is not a necessity for regular maintenance. The Care Kit is an optional choice for pet parents wanting the best results. For routine care, simply rinse the water conduit and the impeller during each fountain cleaning.
Why do you call Elfin Fountain a pumpless fountain?
‘Pumpless’ in the context of our fountain refers to the elimination of a conventional submerged pump, which is a common source of noise and maintenance hassle in traditional pet fountains. Instead, we use a magnetically driven impeller. This innovative design simplifies cleaning, reduces noise, and enhances the safety of the water your pets drink. By rethinking the way water is circulated, we've managed to keep the benefits of a pump—like water movement and filtration—without the usual complications.
